MUNCHES
Are held twice
a month. The first Wednesday of the month at
Uptown Buffet,1050 N. Military Hwy, Norfolk (near
Janaf shopping center),
and the third Wednesday of the month at
Golden City, 6065 Jefferson Ave. Newport News
(near the corner of Mercury Blvd. and Jefferson
Ave.) Munches start at 7:00.

The monthly educational meeting
is held the second Tuesday of
each month
at
the Springhill Suites,
2424 Gum Road, Chesapeake
(off I-664 near Chesapeake
Square Mall). Doors open at
7:00 and meeting starts at 7:30.

Monthly education demonstrations and social events
are scheduled together and held the fourth
Saturday of each month .
The education portion precedes the social
